According to the IV Barometer of Holiday Rental in Spain HomeAway 2017, the demand for tourist housing has increased significantly in the last two years (2016-2017). This type of housing has been rented by more than 22 million people, assuming an increase of 25% compared to 2015-2014.

More short trips.

Currently you prefer to travel more times, but for less time . The study shows that the number of trips made in 2016-2017 per tourist housing user was greater (6.4) than that of hotel users (5.7). Travelers who opted for both types of accommodation make a greater number of trips (7) than those who stay only in hotels (5) or tourist accommodation (3,7).
