The rental of tourist homes has increased by 25% in the last two years .

According to the IV Barometer of Holiday Rental in Spain HomeAway 2017, the demand for tourist housing has increased significantly in the last two years (2016-2017). This type of housing has been rented by more than 22 million people, assuming an increase of 25% compared to 2015-2014.
